Maintenance, Operations, Transportation and Facilities
There employees in the District’s Maintenance, Operations, Transportation, and Facilities Department (MOTF) strive to provide the best customer service required to maintain 11 district-wide facilities. These services include daily custodial cleaning; routine grounds maintenance; preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs of major building systems.
MOTF’s goal is to provide a safe learning and working environment for students and staff; maximizing the opportunity for building efficiency, and protecting the District’s investments.
With encompassing the four categories of maintenance:

- Routine Maintenance
- Preventive Maintenance
- Predictive Maintenance
MOTF challenges themselves to ensure that the proper maintenance for their facilities is proactive, fiscally responsible, team driven, valued engineered and effectively using methods to reducing the life-cycle cost of our facilities.
