Enrollment

The School Readiness Preschool Program offers grant funded California State Preschool Programs (CSPP) to eligible families.

If you are interested in enrolling please click the button below to complete the interest form. Once your form is received, you will be placed on our interest list and contacted by The School Readiness Preschool Office to schedule an appointment to begin the pre-enrollment process. Preschool enrollment is conducted at the School Readiness Preschool Office and not at the individual school sites.

Office visits are limited by appointment only, please call the office to schedule an appointment. 

Required Documents for Enrollment

  • Original Birth Certificate - Required for all children claimed under your income
  • Proof of Residency - Utility bill or rental/lease agreements
  • Proof of Income - Paycheck stubs for the previous month for both parents
  • Student Immunization Records - Up to date (See the form below)
  • Recent Physical Exam - Signed and Stamped by Doctor on (MUST use the form below)
