All preschool enrollment takes place at Magnolia School District, 2705 W Orange Ave., Anaheim CA 92804. Please do not visit the individual school offices.
Required Documents for Enrollment
- Original Birth Certificate - Required for all children claimed under your income
- Proof of Residency - Utility bill or rental/lease agreements
- Proof of Income - Paycheck stubs for the previous month for both parents
- Student Immunization Records - Up to date (See the form below)
- Recent Physical Exam - Signed and Stamped by Doctor on (MUST use the form below)
