Q. What is the Magnolia Expanded Learning Program?
The Magnolia School District offers a comprehensive after-school program that are FREE to all TK-6th grade students. The program includes activities such as academic tutoring and support, sports and recreation, arts and crafts, STEM, and character development.
 
Q. What are the days and times the students will be able to attend the Magnolia Expanded Learning Programs?
Expanded Learning Program: Flexible days and times..
○ For example: Jane will attend Mondays, Tuesdays, and Friday from school dismissal to 4:00 p.m.
○ Or, Jane will attend on Monday-Friday from school dismissal to 5:00 p.m.
 
Q. When and where can I register my child for the Magnolia Expanded Learning Program?
Enrollment is now open to register your child online. Please visit our website at magnoliasd.org and click on the Expanded Learning Programs Tab.
 
Q. Will my child be placed on a waiting list if not registered on a first come first served basis?
No, there is no waiting list, all MSD students will be able to attend.
 
Q. Who are the Site Leads, and Assistants?
All schools will have a designated Site Lead. Site Leads ensure students are receiving a high quality program and coordinates the day to day logistics. Assistants work directly with students to provide them with support during the program hours. If you need any assistance please contact the Site Lead at your child's school.
 
Q. Can I pick up my child at any day and time?
Yes, the Magnolia Expanded Learning Programs provide flexible days and times. Parents should select the dates and times they would like for their child to attend during enrollment. If you need to make a change, please inform the Site Leads.
