Expanded Learning Opportunities Program Plan

The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) provides before school, after school, and summer learning opportunities for transitional kindergarten through sixth grade students. Funded by the State of California, this program is designed to support academic growth, enrichment, and the overall well-being of students. Each school district creates an ELOP Plan to outline how these opportunities will be offered in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.
